The laws concerning the ownership, carry, and use of the knives and products found on
www.fighting-knife.com website vary from one community to the next. It is the buyers
responsibility to find out what these laws are in their community, and to obey
them. The buyer agrees to all terms and conditions and assumes all liability.
www.fighting-knife.com and all of it's affiliates assume no responsibility for any
injuries that may occur by the mishandling or negligent use of any swords,
knives & merchandise
sold on our website.
All
products,
knives and swords purchased on this site
will be delivered in no more than
21
working days after receipt of payment. Products paid for by e-check will
only be sent after funds have been cleared.
Refund Policy
After receiving your merchandise we offer a 10 day return or exchange. To receive refund (less shipping), the merchandise must be in it’s original unused condition with all packaging materials intact. Refund will be extended after we have inspected the merchandise and find it to be in original condition. It is the buyers responsibility to cover all return shipping charges on all products and knives. We are a long term business and repeat business is a priority. We WILL refund any items returned in the ten day period as long as they are in the original condition. Note prices of products may change marginally due price fluctuations in raw material costs.
